    Bill, I immediately thought of you and your post on governement service when I read this article. I think VanSant did a pretty good job with this. It is ever more difficult to meet the needs of our patrons as the economy effects the library and the patrons. More needs by patrons, less time and staff for the library. Until the government starts allocating funds for staffing programs, all these great on-line programs just increase the digital divide.
